Kensington 7-in-1 ExpressCard Media Reader
Kensington's 7-in-1 ExpressCard Media Reader fits nice and snug in your ExpressCard notebook (we're looking at you MacBook Pro owners) so you can pull off pictures and what have you at USB2 speeds, nary a cord in sight. ExpressCard EVDO users might want to consider another solution but if your ExpressCard slot is barren and lonely, Kensington's got $40 worth of something for it.

what a waste...
especially when there is this:

My question is what media cards are supported? "7 popular formats" probably means at least SD, MMC, sony memory stick, I'd say CF but it looks too small, xD, microSD, maybe some others?
This one is already out, supports more media(although it's probably just variations of memory stick) and look exactly like the kensiington one. Rebaging?

This actually looks exactly the same as the one from Sony which shipped with my Vaio SZ370 series ;) Neat little thing :)
I wish Kensington et. al. would stop pretending like SD, miniSD, microSD, MMC, RSMMC, and TransFlash count as six different formats. Give me a break.
What a ripoff. I got this ExpressCard34 Card reader for AU$30 (less than US$24) over 3 weeks ago.

I love reading engadget, but reporting these things really isn't necessary.
It bugs me that all of these don't support CF. I have no problem whatsoever with the card sticking out of my machine. I need CF and CF only.
Agreed about CF. That's really the only memory card format I care about since most devices use it. Anyone know of an ExpressCard that reads Compact Flash?
