Apple iPhone sized up and compared to Treo 750, Moto Q, and BB Pearl
Thanks to the ever-convenient sizeasy.com, we've been able to get an idea of how big Apple's new iPhone is in comparison to other smartphones in a similar class to Apple's first cellular device. As you can see, it's pretty much in the middle of the pack: it's practically equally as thin as the Motorola Q, but ain't quite as high; it's nowhere near as thick as the Treo 750, but it is slightly wider and taller; and it bests the Pearl in terms of thinness, but loses out on width and height. Hopefully this gives you a better idea of how the iPhone sizes up against its competitors. Check out some more size comparisons from different angles after the break.
From the side.

From the top.

From the front.

Not to mention the iRiver W10 is freaking ugly and has dozens of buttons on it. A cornerstone of iPhone will be its touchscreen.
RE not letting people touch them. Would the fact they haven't been approved by the FCC have something to do with this?
Another comparison about different phone models.

How would you rate N800 paired with your favorite bluetooth mobile phone or those WLAN hotspots, especially for browsing?
Just check the display;
- N800 impressive 800x480, 250ppi
- iPhone so and so 480x320, 160ppi
For N800 less scrolling and zooming needed for sure, not to mention both pen and finger use possible, and yes not locked system, running Linux / Maemo, playing music and video nicely, 2x SD sots, available now, my selection for best mobile multimedia platform as you may quess ;-)
well im not a big apple fan because of their high price points and this takes the cake you will be paying alot activation fees maybe a deposit fee bluetooth headsets so this is alot of money now im not a business man but i do like smartphones better than the regular phones but no 3g like whats the point of having a phone that uses the net and its going to be slow now i saw the nokia n93 and feature wise it seems to blow the iphone away the only thing the iphone has is full touchscreen (fingerprints anyone) and a 4gb or 8gb memory but to make a long story short im not sold on the iphone maybe when its cheaper and runs on ev-do ill give it a try but till then my treo 700 is where its at for me
