I'm a current Cingular customer and have no idea why Apple chose Cingular as its exclusivity vendor. Cingular's customer services is horrible and pricing practices are not any better. I was going to swap back to T-Mobile or to Verizon upon my Razr 2 years commitment.This will create a lot of problems for Apple in the long run.
