I called the customer loyalty department directly, but to no avail. Both of the representatives I talked to insisted that the text messaging was a feature, and did not constitute a reason to cancel without the ETF. If they had changed the rate per minute for talk time, then I would have a reason to be able to cancel. Lame. =(
