It's not a commonly tracked statistic on any review site, and nobody seems to have this information for every camera. We were hoping other readers could inform us as to what small digital cameras can fire off their first pics in under a second (ideally under half a second). I just bought a PS3 in Houston and are gonna use it in europe (norway). I was told by mail from Sony USA that it would not work in europe. Does anyone know if this is the fact. The US have the NTSC system and in northern europe it is PAL.
