Cingular isnt going to be giving away free service. They're the biggest rip off provider of them all. In fact, they will be charging EXTRA for the iPhone data, text, and voicemail services. What you may get is..say Visual Voicemail service for free, whilst spending almost $200 a month for voice and data on top.
