It looks cool but the headline seems a little misleading; I don't know how you could use this as a mouse. Looks like you just press the arrows on the remote like a control pad.
There's probably a small laser underneath for use like the MoGo mouse, or something like that. Though, I suppose the up/down/left/right buttons you mentioned DO qualify (in the computer's mind, at least) as a mouse.
