The dryer isn't all that common in Korea. Most people simply hang their clothes to dry. There are a few all-in-one machines out there. The most famous being the Tromm brand. I believe Hauzen has one too, but I'm not sure.
I had a tromm for a while, and it does well, simply put your clothes in, set it and 3 hours later they're washed and dried...just need a way to make it fold and I'd have been in love.
