All I have to say is that I am using the integrated graphics on my board, which are GeForce 6150 and Aero runs fantastic.
I think people underestimate current integrated graphics. A lot of them aren't that bad. And in case you are wondering, my system's Vista experience index for Aero graphics is 3.6 and for games/3D it is 3.0.
That is fine for me until I get another card. I have not experienced a single issue, and my Aero experience would be identical on a GeForce 8800 as this one runs perfectly. Obviously games would not be the same, but I don't play games, I use my computer for work, so that doesn't matter to me.
