That's really unnecessary. If you're a close reader of the FoxTrot comics, you would notice that their is a pear shaped logo on the computer. Sure, it might symbolize Apple, but I guess they just choose not to put it in. I think they even have critizied some of their Pear products for incomatibility or whatever.
The RIAA has filed copyright infrigment lawsuits against over 2000 people in Q3 2007. Upon the list of names include 2 dogs, a cat and a mentally incapacitated person.
I'm so mad my newspaper got rid of Foxtrot!! i have been waiting to see when he was going to get the new iMac. Freakin newspaper... oh and freakin RIAA
Did anyone read the comic, its not about iMac or anything that has nothing to do with it. Its about how EVERYONE is a pirate and the RIAA cant do shit about it.
Yeah, as Justin said it's still an iFruit, just a newer revision (i.e. coloured G3 iMacs to flat Intel-based iMacs). But that's entirely peripheral, of course. I think it would've been nice if Amend didn't explicity portray BitTorrent as a pirating tool — even though I'd be surprised if there's one BT user who *doesn't* use it for pirating — since that's more likely to draw the public (and corporate!) eye to it.
I have all Bill Amend's books, what a great funny man! Always wondered how Jason played games on the iFruit though.... Didnt think they did anything fun lol.

v_dogg: Your paper might have gotten rid of Foxtrot because the cartoonist has semi-retired (he's only doing a Sunday script now).
Oh and... it's still an iFruit.
