It's Jail. There shouldn't be any entertainment or fun. You are in jail for a reason. Yes, some innocent people are in jail, but, the people who should be there are there to be punished not to skate by and have a good time. What the hell is wrong with people.
Yeah, wait until you spend a few days, weeks or even years in the slammer for some ridiculous victimless crime. Your attitude might be a little different.
