Hey maybe if I do this then Cingular will actually treat me with respect! Now if only I didn't spend so much on my phone bill then I could afford a car. Seriously, this guy is my hero too. I think people need to start making more physical threats ("I'll kill you mother") than bs ones ("I'll call the BBB") towards companies who treat their customers like shit to get a little respect around here.
Cingular was bad now they are worse now that ATT owns them they are a crap company I had a phone for 4 weeks after 10 trips to the store they wanted to give me a used phone in exchange I told them to eat sh-t
