High-quality earbuds? I'm guessing that either: a) They're actually cheap earbuds, so a pair for every person or b) You're going to get a nice pair of Shure earbuds - that have been in someone else's ears
Neither seem like such a great solution - just get some Grado or Sennheiser headphones - no earwax and high quality.

Sure headphones offer replaceable plugs, so that's a non-issue.
