I had similar problems when TW installed a cable card for my TV. They came out to my house 6 times before I had to troubleshoot the issue for them. The problem that I had was the signal from TW wasn’t strong enough for a cable card, but worked fine for a cable box. They never could get the signal to lock in at 119. I hooked up a bidirectional amp and the signal locked in at 119. Then, they cable company has to send a signal to the card twice.
