Your nose and taste buds! Just out of curiosity, are you British or Irish?
------------------------
Things taste different at different temperatures. Too hot or too cold, and you lose some delicate flavors and aromas. It takes much time and training to become a good taster. Then again, not everyone is born with the same potential for taste and smell. All in all, it's all about appreciation and love for food and drink.
This product looks O.K., but not for those who already own a similar device. At first I thought that it could measure the temperature on the wine inside the bottle, without uncorking. What if my Sauvignon Blanc is too warm? I'm supposed to put it back in the fridge?
