The Customer support is extremely unhelpful. I am currently unable to pair this frame with my phone, and the only answer I have received to date is thare are no instructions available. This is not an intergrated Bluetooth device. It is an ordinary picture frame that ships with a Bluetooth "Thumbdrive" that is inserted in the only available USB slot. This means it needs to be disconected from your Pc, and the thumbdrive needs to be inserted before you can connect via Bluetooth. All said, I am still unable to connect and I think the frame that was sent is running on outdated software. There is no Bluetooth option in the frames set-up menu. This is a terrible product from a very unprofessional company. Do not buy from Mediastreet.
