First of all, it would be better for you if you write the US$ price and not the Australian $ price. Your 149 AU$ would be about 125 US$. What would the shipment to Amercia cost?
A major difference between the two models is the resolution 800*600 in that Toshiba model and 480*234 in your model. This means that the picture quality of the Toshiba model is a lot better.
Your model does not support USB or other cards, just SD and MMC. Your model also does not include built-in memory (although this is also not big in the Toshiba model).
