Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"As someone who doesn't reside in the USA, I was wondering what would be the best way to get internet for my computer in the US for a couple of weeks? If it were Europe I know I'd look for some prepaid data. Is there anything similar offered by American carriers? A MiFi or a data SIM that I can tether from would work, but I'm trying to maintain a tight budget. Help!"
Pay attention, you geek like me (yes I am) that want to buy something by usbgeek.com: I ordered some nice stuff in late june and I still not received anything - now we are in august. The problem is that they ship products without a trackable shipping method, so MAYBE they really sent to me the package, but they don't know where it is. I wrote a lot of emails, receiving answer only to a few of them, so I also am afraid that they don't really want to help me to resolve the problem.
USBGEEK.COM, are you listening via GOOGLE ALERT? I payed you for the produts with my credit card. I have to ask you bak money or you are going to send me your stuff again?
