looking forward to being the envy (or joke?) of all my friends.. surfing the web even if its EDGE technology... having my first smart phone (big debate btw this and the blackjack).. a brilliant display.. and skipping through voicemails, which i hate listening to.
The thought of winning an iPhone sinds shivers up and down my spine. I in no way could afford one at this time. What I would do is show it off every chance I get! What a perfect piece of technology. So shinny. So colorful. It almost hypnotizes you as you look at it. So yeah I would love to win it and would be forever thankful!
Nice to have; however, ATT/Cingular canceled our account due to too much use in a remote area. Seems only Verizon wants to service those on alien towers.
I wanna scroll through all my pictures, then switch to scrolling through my music, and finally pound out a text message, all while sitting in front of my friends and watching them drool over the sexiest phone out there!!!!
My first post.Let's see how it goes! Anywho, I actually just purchased the 8525 from At&t for $75, and not sure that the iphone will be any better for $500. If I do win it, I'll like it or turn it into a contest prize once again.
The most cutting edge cell phone ever produced with the EDGE web surfing service. This phone is the best thing since peanut butter!!! Touchscreen controls make it easy to work with. Type in a resturant and tap the name and it dials it for you, how cool is that. Having an 8gb iPod and a phone in one is so convienient when you are always on the go like I am. The best cell phone service ever. I need the this give away phone so I can still have money for a down payment on a car(lol). Best of luck to all of you!!!!
I'm looking forward to shoving it in my friends face but showing them the zoom in feature on pictures. *pinches fingers together moves them away* look at that i just zoomed in on my friend in a picture on my brand new iPhone!!! its amazing!!!!
Going to Egypt in a few weeks. I think it would be pretty cool to show them some new yankee tech. And it would be nice for the flight... the 22 hour flight...
wow this being my first post and taking an embarrassing amount of time to find this comment box, i would introduce my newly acquired iphone to all of my current home electronics and watch the jealousy build as well as break up the scuffles that will ensue. Then naturally i would find myself drawn to memorizing every feature to recite to my friends and family, and finally i would use my iphone to find a cure to the common cold....j/p actually there is not a feature that i would not look forward to... such a beautiful melding of fashion, functionality, and modern ingenuity.
I think it's crazy that over 500,000 units have been sold regardless of all its capabilities and features. I'm not down talking the iPhone by no means. Everyone would love to skip through voicemails and have an iPod that Transforms into a phone with the touch of a button. I just couldn't see myself paying $500+ and definately not $600+ for a phone. By the way the final price for the iPhone would be two months rent I need roof over my head. However, if I were to receive an iPhone as a gift would be a blessing.
I want a phone with bluetooth so I can get a bluetooth headset and walk around in public and say odd things to strangers. When they respond to me, I will say, "I'm not talking to you, I'm on my bluetooth headset, moron!" I will also purposefully bump into strangers and say, "Oh, I didn't see you there with my bluetooth headset on."
I can't wait to get my iphone so I can hack the thing to the hilt. I can't wait to remove that annoying at&t logo and apply my own. I can't wait to rearrange the icons to the order that I want. I can't wait to make the thing mine...the way that all hardware should be...100% customizable.
I look forward to ending world hunger with my iPhone. Then somehow I'll use it to bring every season of Perfect Strangers to dvd. That's just the way it should be.
I am a techno geek with filet mignon vision and an Oscar Meyer budget. I look at the iPhone with stars in my eyes anticipating the joy I will feel throughout my being when I have one in my hands.
I have a problem. Some of you have this problem as well. A problem where the line between wants and needs becomes so blurred, the line doesn't even exist anymore. My wants have become needs. Gadget addiction. It's not that this phone has iPod this or wireless that. I just need it. I must have it. I must have the latest of everything. I hate this. And so does my wallet. My credit card is maxed out but I can't stop. Why did I buy a new home cinema last week? The one I had was already ridiculously good. I hate this vicious cycle. I can't escape. I need this phone. My wallet (and me) is about to break. Help me endgadget...you're my only hope.
