My process was definitely not smooth or quick. Was told to wait 3-24 hours. Great job AT&T, glad I have 3 days to return.
I'm an existing customer waiting now 2 hours to get a activation complete email. Gee do I have to leave the iphone connected to itunes for as long as it takes to complete this stupid activation?
