It all depends how well informed your customer base is. For instance, Time Warner sells 'Digital Phone' for $40, but the Cable-Internet customers could easily save some bucks with Vonage for $25.
So ATT rolls out their own VOIP service and charges a $15 monthly fee for 'unlimited' VOIP minutes while at a hotspot.. It's a win/win.
