Bill Gates' sperm: second most-wanted in China
Check it Stephen Colbert, there's a new premium man seed farmer wanted for China. In a poll of 1,000 women between the ages of 25 to 35, Bill Gates was the second most popular choice to plow those fertile asian fields. Oddly, veteran Hong Kong actor Andy Lau was the number one choice even though he can't code his way out of a paper bag.

Too bad the kid would be called windows....
Eww and be friends with steve Balmers kids..syk
I bet Billy is relieved to know that he has a backup plan is the money runs out.
Someone has a Mac Plus
is = if
"Bill Gates was the second most popular choice to plow those fertile asian fields."
AHAHA... Single best thing i've seen on engadget for a while. Thanks, You've made my day.
Meh, that's only because they didn't ask the women about ME.
Bitches don't know about my sperm
amirite?
Bill screwed them anyway with windows authentification :)
and authorification
Here in America Steve Job would be number 1 on the list as there are tons of Iphone "suckers"
Wow. So we could have Bill Gates Junior(s) creating more versions of Windows? No no.
maybe the questionnaire came with the photo used on this post.
btw, I'm an asian and I know someone who treats bill gates as her idol
That photograph is disturbingly suitable for this article..
Totally, look at that face... he's saying "come get me"
Really? I see, "Come get me, sweet-ums."
"Andy Lau was the number one choice even though he can't code his way out of a paper bag."
What do you mean???? Andy Lau is a smart, adorable guy, way better than Gates. You don't have to like him, but you don't have to insult him. Especially since what you wrote is not true :P
boy! am i glad to be in the 21st century....talk about UGLY computers!!
Don't worry Adoniteking, what you have today will be considered ugly and primitive in the 22nd century!
That's pretty funny!^^
I am a guy from Hong Kong!
Excuse me,
I want to know
what "he can't code his way out of a paper bag" means.
Who can answer me?
Thank you very much!
*I've already found this phrase in Wiktionary, but still don't understand.
Sorry for interrupting!
I think it came from:
He couldn't fight his way out of a paper bag.
or
He couldn't find his way out of a paper bag.
Which should be very easy considering that it is made of paper (fight/punch) and there is only one way out (find)
it means he's bad at it.
It translates to meaning:
"even though Andy Lau doesn't know how to write computer programs"
The paper bag thing is basically because paper bags are easy to tear, so if you can't do something well enough (to get) "out of a paper bag" it means you can't do that that thing very well.
Yeah it's confusing. Just think of it as "is bad at" or "can't"
Oh Bill, that pose is soooo damn sexy! rotfl
 omg! ahahahahhahaha! he is like, in a "ready to donate sperm" pose...
O...I see what you mean!LOL!
Heehee...
What is this? Photoset for Playboy?
So then the first most wanted is Steve Jobs sperm, I suppose.
Honestly, I thought all those Asian women went for pretty boy movie actors like Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt.
No you silly macaroni humper, its some veteran they want to screw with the most.
Andy Lau IS a pretty boy actor.
they spelled stephen colbert wrong.
anyways, this was probably the weirdest rss feed link ever...
Chiu. Hong Kong products are always better ;)
On the second thought, I'm surprised that Tony Leung beat Leehom. Leehom's not Takeshi Kaneshiro hot, but he is pretty popular.
just get bill and all those women on "surface" and drag the sperms over.
Personal success is not necessary a generic thing. But popularity in the family does play in favor if the donor can be considered (or considers the kid) as family.
Where did the iPhone place on the list?
Maybe most of them are not really interested in Bill Gates itself, they may be interested on his money!
"in his money"
sorry for the mistake!
You mean, his money-shot?
This has to be the best example ever of linking a suitable photo with a story! LOL!
Bill Gates - Stud Muffin!
With a picture like that of Bill Gates, it makes me curious what would happen if they had a calendar spread of all these computer pioneers in such poses. Bill Gates could be January. Steve Jobs in some other pose. I wonder if it would sell.... Hmmm...
Bill Gates can't code his way out of a paper bag either. The last thing he developed was Altair BASIC, and he had help from Monte Davidoff and Paul Allen with that. He purchased MS-DOS fully functional from Seattle Computer Products, Word was written by Simonyi and Brodie, and by the time Windows was in development Gates was a full time CEO/Manager.
where is Stephen Colbert's formula 401 on that list?
Is that an Apple computer I see in his geek sex lair?
There was an Apple Macintosh behind his bottom.
"Meh, that's only because they didn't ask the women about ME."
Yeah...reminding them that Billy G was ultimately the man responsible for Windows Millenium Edition probably would be a turn off...
A correction to one of the assumptions made by your reporter: there's precious little concrete evidence that Mr. Gates can code his way out of a paper bag, either. Witness the past, oh, 25 years of Microsoft products.
Found out about the picture:

Some people will do anything to get invited to "The Social," as long as it doesn't mean buying a Zune.
I just hope his sperm doesn't come with a "virus", but they do WANT his sperm so I guess using a "Trojan" is out of the question, I bet he is a gross "backdoor" kind of guy...
This got to be most racist theme topic by far .
#1 this is technology blog, not some social commentary about sex
#2, this quote:
"Bill Gates was the second most popular choice to plow those fertile asian fields. Oddly, veteran Hong Kong actor Andy Lau was the number one choice even though he can't code his way out of a paper bag."
why is it a surprise for a HK movie star to be #1 in Asia? This is such typical white privilege smug talk that comes out of white men is so damn annoying. I love how Thomas Ricker ( asianphile racist white man-no doubt) used " plowing" as a adjective for sex in a TECHNOLOGY blog
GREAT JOB engadget!
