CinemaNow updates Vista support, plays nice with Xbox 360
CinemaNow, fine purveyor of downloadable film and TV content, has recently updated its Media Manager support for Vista, allowing you to use its Burn-to-DVD service, and enabling your Xbox 360 to act as a bridge from your PC to your TV -- adding an interesting new option to the media center sphere. So starting right now, you can download and watch your favorite movies and television shows without ever having to let go of the Xbox controller, which could be detrimental to your relationships, but really good for catching up on any episodes of 24 you might have missed.

Interesting - I assume this would be accessed via the media center extender front end, necessitating either a Media Center or Vista PC, unlike the video marketplace on xbox live.
I have such a setup but rarely use the media center because, well, media center is just way more clunky than the 360 dashboard.
Has anyone used Cinemanow with their PCs ? How many titles do they have ? Any in HD format ? From what I last read XBL video marketplace has a little over 200 titles, and probably half or so in HD res.
Nice to have options. Wonder what the xbox team thinks about this.
i dont agree with that at all... the blade interface is horrible for browsing media but then again i really like the graphical aspect of media center. still trying to browse videos/music via the xbox is one pita. really need a big overhaul to the xbox in that dept.
I tried this last night by downloading the client and renting and old flick for $0.49. The xbox never appeared as an option on the media manager, nor did it modify the xbox media center like Vongo does (custom link). However, since the download was in wmv format, I was able to watch it anyway by moving it into a shared media folder.
24 is the best show ever!
Not counting the last season.
