You just get a serial (RS232) to bluetooth converter and write a java application that uses the JSR82 API for communicating over bluetooth (using the bluetooth serial port protocol). it's nothing revolutionary. a bunch of people have made bluetooth controlled devices with a rs232-bluetooth converter. remember all those wii-mote controlled robots?
