I bought a Fujitsu ST5111 tablet pc and am extremely happy with my purchase. For 75% of my day I'm banging on the 'traditional' desktop/laptop and for the other 25% (design, browsing, visio, etc.) I use the tablet.Outdoor display on ST5111 means I can be where I want (outdoor w/margi or cigar), etc...instead of a clammy/dark little workspace. The software on the tablet pcs is QUITE impressive I must say. Cursive handwriting recognition is near 95-98%...so predictive it's scary man.It has a real cpu/etc. so it's not like a semi-crippled umpc experience or totally crippled ppc/pda experience.Bought refurbished from eBay for $1300...not bad given new units are $2600 and I got extra extended batteries, etc.Other tablet pc software (OneNote, Journal, ...) is phenomenal.I can take photos on my 8525 and upon sync'g to my tablet pc can then search the graphics and handwriting as text...and it works! Finally this crap I've been spending money on all these years is really becoming useful (i.e. I'm no longer the tool...the computer is!).
