My favorite is the battle scene... erm...
stevenostrov @ Jul 31st 2007 4:18PM
My favorite scene is the one with the special effects, you know in the beginning...what the whole thing is mostly special effects...well I liked the whole movie anyways.
Scott Agnew @ Jul 31st 2007 4:36PM
"The Spartans will certainly fight, whether reinforcements arrive or not."
Steven B @ Jul 31st 2007 4:47PM
My favorite scene is near the end, when all of the remaining Spartans circle together and their shields create a dome, and then the one spartan jumps out and kills the dude... yeah, awesome.
AMAURO @ Jul 31st 2007 4:55PM
My favorite scene is when he kicks the messenger into the pit. Now what, B
i want it so bad @ Jul 31st 2007 7:57PM
"Madness?... THIS IS SPARTAAAAA!!!"
Bill Admans @ Jul 31st 2007 5:05PM
The battle scene is drunk on blood and full of gore as Leonidas gloriously leads 300 ripped and glistening Spartans in a war against what seems like 250,000 death-hungry Persians. It is carnage to excess with perhaps a little too much homo erotic symblism that reaches for the fantastical. Who needs the NFL when you can watch 300 over and over again?
dprestby @ Jul 31st 2007 5:04PM
Dudes! A co-worker has a 300...coolest car Chrysler made! I didn't know they had an xbox game! Awesome! Thanks!
Ekemp0 @ Jul 31st 2007 5:16PM
The wall of dead guys! How friggin kewl was that...
bmurray @ Jul 31st 2007 5:15PM
A thousand nations of the Persian empire descend upon you. Our arrows will blot out the sun!!!!
Then we will fight in the shade.
DangerDan @ Jul 31st 2007 5:11PM
My favorite scene is when the general is back with more troops from Sparta after Leonidas and the first group of 300 have been killed; when he tells the new army about what happened, about how few stood against many and all that. . .
Mike @ Jul 31st 2007 5:14PM
The best scene has to be when his wife is confronted in front of the senate. Spartan men are tough, spartan women? HOT and tough!
Keliz @ Jul 31st 2007 5:22PM
My favv scene is definately when the spartans have just been attacked by the persian archers for the first time, and leonidas stands up, yells "recover" and the breaks of the arrows stuck in his shild with his spear. Definately gave me goosebumps
Firefighter9959 @ Aug 1st 2007 9:28AM
Best movie ever. Can't wait to see it again.
TheWebBlogger @ Aug 1st 2007 12:56PM
The battle !!!
Segarsj @ Jul 31st 2007 5:36PM
My favorite scene is more or less a shot, and that's of the strange goat-man that's partying it up in Xerxes tent.
Gotta love the goat-man.
David Whiteman @ Jul 31st 2007 5:37PM
All the fighting...and...like Bam! and Whap! and Slice!!...that kind of thing...
Ge @ Jul 31st 2007 5:42PM
then we shall fight in the shade
pito189 @ Jul 31st 2007 5:43PM
The scene in the beginning where the spokesman realizes that the wall is put together with all of their scouts inside of it. Sheer terror.
FatBurger @ Jul 31st 2007 5:44PM
The charging rhino - I think it's the perfect example of how the movie falls somewhere between reality and full-on fantasy.
Joh64 @ Jul 31st 2007 5:51PM
My Favorite battle scene? Um, the one where the dude dies... I don't know, just give me the **** thing!!
Todd Guerrero @ Jul 31st 2007 10:36PM

kickngas @ Jul 31st 2007 6:08PM

The young Leonidas wolf fight thrills me since the comic book was first released.
Th3Tru7h @ Jul 31st 2007 6:39PM
Of course, "This is Sparta" and then he kicks the messenger into the pit of hell!
John A. @ Jul 31st 2007 6:42PM
Definitely when Queen Gorgo stabs Theron on the Senate floor. I didn't see that coming...
Sean @ Jul 31st 2007 6:56PM
Breaking those spears/arrows off the shield.

Erlec @ Jul 31st 2007 7:35PM
My favorite scene is the where Leonidas trains with his son and how his wife comes in and informs him about the Persian diplomat. Other favorite scenes are of course the scene where the old soldiers son dies, the farewell to the spartan home and when they take care of any casulties.
anubis980 @ Jul 31st 2007 7:10PM
The part where Leonidas says "This is Spam" and kicks the messenger down the well...
Stacey P @ Jul 31st 2007 7:26PM
My favorite part of the movie is when the Spartans have to fight the army from Asia (I think thats where they are from, with the silver masks, and creepy faces). That scene was crazy! I love the effects and how the movie reflects a comic book. The background was so dark, and I felt like I was there. The end was fantastic, as all the arrows appeared and the main character was standing there, just awaiting his destiny. Man, if thats not a way to end a movie, then I don't know any other. 300 is officially my favorite movie of all time!!!!
DidYouLoseASock @ Jul 31st 2007 7:09PM
The entire movie was amazing and I saw it twice on opening night. But my fave scene was the long shot in the middle of the film were a guy running left to right on screen in slow motion but then it would speed up fast when he would attack some one and ended up killed about 15 enemies if not more.
steve cooksey @ Jul 31st 2007 7:14PM
near the end when leonidous throws the spear and only scratches the pursian leader, because he said he couldnt bleed.. just the fact that he scared him for life was worth dying for
jason browne @ Jul 31st 2007 7:14PM
My favorite scene is when leonidas wife ssaid that only spartan women gave birth to real me! I need this xbox bad... My ps3 sux...
Junkanoo Punch @ Jul 31st 2007 7:20PM
Best scene had to be where Leonidas cuts off the head of the giant guy with the sword :P That was just down right awesome.
conway316 @ Jul 31st 2007 7:21PM
my favorite is when the Persian army comes up to the wall of corpses that the Spartans have made out of the scouting party
lustx01 @ Aug 1st 2007 4:23AM
OK, let's be honest, the brief see-through nudity shots are very welcomed. =) Good luck to everyone!!
Dan P. @ Jul 31st 2007 7:34PM
My favorite scene is when the 300 men look up into the sky to see the sun blotted out by a cloud of arrows and then laugh about it with their shields up as the arrows fall.
Christian Coquilla @ Jul 31st 2007 7:40PM
i like how that one spartan's son tries to act all cool in battle and just ends up getting PWND......
dan @ Jul 31st 2007 7:54PM
Wall of dead guys is certainly memorable, but I also liked when Kevin Spacey's character is walking down the street and he shakes out his cramped up hand and lights up a cigarette and you realize that he was making the whole story up on the fly!
-Never paid for a microsoft product yet, and I'd like to use this as a loophole :)
bhealy @ Aug 1st 2007 9:34AM
When Xerxes first appears.
Ben @ Aug 1st 2007 12:26AM
the part where they make the shell of shields, duh!
james.engadget @ Jul 31st 2007 8:23PM
Haven't seen it, but have been trying to convince my wife to wear an outfit around the house similar to what that woman is wearing in the print ads.
