That's BS and I suspect you know it. The Feds have a long tradition of arresting people for shaky if not non-existent legal grounds. So either you are ignorant or lack any form of education involving history.
Examples Alien & Sedition Act Japanese internment camps. Dress it up all you want in the lofty language of defending the homeland, it was prison plain and simple Suspected "Commies" in the 50's "Terrorists" now, unless your big into FauxNews it gets damn close to exhibit A
