Are you kidding? The original PSOne screen had a higher resoution than that. Infact, you can get 1280x1024 7" screens now, and probably hack it up for cheaper
If you are going to carry around a PS3, then I am sure an HDMI LCD (thin) monitor shouldn't be too much of a burden either. Avoid this thing, save some cash and put it towards a nice DELL or Gateway 1920x1200 LCD display. Then run it in the back seat of your SUV, Van, or Car.

I know you can buy 1920x1200 15" screens on laptops, I don't know about stand alones
How do you plan to power something like this? And the heat it would give off?
