If you are going to carry around a PS3, then I am sure an HDMI LCD (thin) monitor shouldn't be too much of a burden either. Avoid this thing, save some cash and put it towards a nice DELL or Gateway 1920x1200 LCD display. Then use it in the back seat of your SUV, Van, Car, or Hotel Room.
