Toyota's DJ Robot leaves fame behind, becomes receptionist

It wasn't all that long ago that Toyota's "DJ Robot" was sharing the stage with the rest of its robot bandmates at the 2005 Aichi World Expo, but it seems that "DJ" now chosen a slightly less glamorous career path, with it soon set to start working for its parent company as a receptionist. According to Pink Tentacle, the robot has been working hard to improve its human interaction skills as of late, and is ready to go on the job later this month, working alongside human receptionists at Toyota's Kaikan Exhibition Hall. After that, it'll apparently take up a more permanent position at Toyota's Nagoya office, with other versions of the robot also planned to fill other positions.
I would love to see a battle bots episode with this vs asimo.
Ah, the wonders of the 21st century, the iPhone, YouTube, and robot receptionists with disco fever.
"Yes, I have a 3:00 appointment with Mr. Lee"
"Crush, Kill, Destroy!"

How incredibly depressing and demotivating would this be for those receptionists?
Does it wear a shirt that says 'your days are numbered?' As if it's not bad enough having a company say 'we can replace you with a machine', but they put it next tp you to rub it in your face?
Look on the bright side, you can sexually harass this receptionist all day long without any pesky lawsuits.
If this replaces hot receptionists, I will be thoroughly enraged.
Sounds like he will become a receptionist like the Wakamu robots from Mitsubishi.

I am an office worker myself (temp.position right now as a "RECEPTIONIST". NOT COOL!!! JUST DO SOMETHING MORE CONSTRUCTIVE LIKE USE YOUR BRAINS TO "INVENT" A CURE FOR SOME DISEASES OR MAKE SOME GODDAMN MEDICAL EQUIPMENT!!! GET A LIFE!!

That robot is startlingly white... seems to me he only needs a cricket bat to destroy the remainder of the universe(bonus points for knowing what i'm talking about)
