The datasheet mentions, "VoIP/PC (via USB)". No mention of a LAN port. I imagine that this device just acts like a USB speaker/microphone. The product aesthetics look nice, though.
You can already get DECT wireless combo skype/POTS (plain old telephone service) phones for a LOT less than $280, although they don't have the cool bluetooth headset.
