Maybe they haven't gotten around to updating their website. But as of 10:20AM pacific time, I get this message for each of the 755s:
"This OptiPlex desktop is no longer Energy Star compliant due to recent changes to the Energy Star Specification. If you require Energy Star 4.0 compliant systems, you will need to purchase those systems that meet the new specification. "
It then directs you to the Optiplex 745.
