We wanted to get down and dirty with LG's
other touchscreen phone -- the
KU990 (AKA the Viewty) -- a 5.1-megapixel cameraphone that also does Flash, but the company's staff would barely even let us get close. It's true: the German showgirls and Japanese press handlers were less than forthcoming with the goods, but after a round of strong drinks and some serious sweet talking, we got to demo some of the phone's functions -- though there appeared to be a lot more lurking beneath the surface. Check the gallery for some "hands-on" action, and feel free to write letters suggesting LG's people to lighten up.
I watn to play with it!
gimme, gimme, gimmeee!
Very nice LG. I like were ur heading. Now what are the specs?
Come on Stateside!!!!
The plus side is T-Mobile doesn't lock their phones to just one country, so if you're already on T-Mobile, buy the phone and pop in the SIM- no unlocking needed.
Sweet! That's the gsm unit right?
Yikes, that's THICK.
That's what she said...
who?
Yup. Quite the chunky little monkey , it is.
Has she been telling you about me? lol
Chunky? It's got a 5MP camera, what did you expect it to be as thin as an iPhone?
LegendZ28, ever heard of miniaturization? It's really neat.
Mike, ever heard of better cameras? There are really neat too.
Availability date?
WANT!
LG > apple
And no matter how much you might HATE all the attention Apple got with the iPhone, I don't anyone is complaining how it got the phones out of the razr phase of it's life, and into a phase that actually means something more then how your phone looks(you know the UI actually being useable)
It looks cool, but after my Prada crapped out within 3 weeks I'm staying far, far away from LG's crappy phones!
Ok...i love it..
Add one more to the LG army.
