When we first heard about the "animated menus" of the
T10, we had our doubts, but after playing around with the youth-oriented PMP, we've decided it gets a thumbs up. The ultralight, ultrathin media player felt practically weightless in our hands, but its screen was bright and crisp, and those frenetic,
PaRappa the Rapper-like animations definitely make for an interesting UI -- certainly like no other player on the market right now. Check out the gallery for pictures which will shock and amaze.

Really really sad. Apple innovates and all sammy can come up with is dogie animations.

Making a device fun and friendly isn't innovative? I would love to have a music player with fun little doggies on it, it would remind me that a human intelligence designed the thing. I can't remember the last time an Apple product put a smile on my face.

Innovate in what? UI belongs to Creative. Touchscreen isn't theirs. They didn't even create the first harddrive MP3 player let alone any MP3 player.

I think this a cute little player. Priced right, it would be popular with the youth group. I also think it could be popular with women and some men.

Cute UI, but it's a shame they couldn't think up a new control system to match the UI.
Oh, and only in Korea...

I'm thinking about buying this for my 12 year old son. It's a lot cheaper than an I-pod and I think he actually likes this player and its design. He has friends that own the Samsung K3 model and they like it. This T10 is an upgrqade to the K3. For $130.00, no tax, and free shipping, who cares if it's not an Apple I-pod. The Apple 4 Gig Nano should sell for $130.00, but it doesn't. Apple forces you to use I-tunes. I don't want strapped to I-tunes. Doesn't this T10 model support drag and drop in Windows XP and Vista? I worked for a vendor which sold I-pods. They too had their issues and not every customer was truly satisfied. I pods are cool but over priced in my opinion. I can get similar functionality and quality from another brand at a better price. Oh, I was stationed in South Korea and they are very inovative. Some Korean things are odd to an american eye, but they have quickly learned to use technology to overcome many issues in their country. This T10 mp3 player is sold and liked in many different parts of the world, just like an Apple I-pod, but is very popular and less expensive. We just don't know the long term reliabilty for this item. I haven't read or heard of anything about this model having a short life span or easily breaking. It's a small, fragile piece of electronic gadetry, just like an I-pod. This means a kid can break it. Make this thing bullet proof with the same fuctionality and great price and it will sell. Motorola makes tough industrial phones for Nextell. Why can't we get tough and attractive media players from Apple, Samsung, Creative, etc?
