iFood
Is it just us, or does this iFood gimmick seem, like, three or four years too late? We'd even be willing to turn the other cheek if the food was in some way iPod themed or something, but we still think the best, if not most ironic, bit is that this crappy airplane box lunch is served by a joint called Specialty's. Chew on that a while.

iNever understood all this iCrap. iTs really just crappy marketing on a fad brandname. i'M surprised Apple doesn't do any legal thing about this, when iRemember they sued a woman over the word 'pod' once. iMean, even Nickolodean now has a TV show with the i name. iSeriously think this needs to stop.

Why? Because iSomething has existed long before the iPod. Apple isn't an innovator.

Their marketing people may be bozos (the inappropriate apostrophe in the name has always bugged me), but they make damn good sandwiches, and even better cookies.
arimac @ Sep 1st 2007 3:24PM

is it just me or is that one big strawberry? or are the sandwiches just small?
ark_v2 @ Sep 1st 2007 3:50PM

Specialty's, in San Francisco, is frickin' yummy man. They've got great giant cookies, and their bread is good so the sandwiches (piled with meat if you so desire) are quite tasty.
It is a bit funny that "Specialty's" serves for the masses, but I'd take a box lunch from there anytime.
Looks like that's a MUNI stop on Market Street or in Embarcadero Center somewhere? Someone at Engadget should pop into a Specialty's downtown and ask them for the iPod sandwich box, see if they're utterly confused or not.

I personally love the iTrend because it is a great way for me to know exactly what to avoid outright.
