Interactive nightclub to thrill Londoners
Rest assured, there's no shortage of glamorous nightclubs, but a new spot is set to excite Londoners that have a thing for exaggerated lighting and all things interactive. Dubbed the "first interactive bar in the world," each wall will be lined in blank canvas so that projections can be beamed out and altered on a whim to really get you trippin'. Additionally, there will be "hundreds of LEDs" to treat your retinas to, and the bar itself will even be touch sensitive, allowing you to alert the bartender of your drink needs by simply laying your hand down. Sounds like a bloody good time for you blokes (and dames) in the area, but for the rest of us, we'll have to settle with a few more stills after the jump. [Warning: PDF read link]

Are they trying to make everyone who has a drink in there puke?
Stephen Lang @ Sep 14th 2007 1:04PM
It's like a giant iPhone gone wild. There should be rotation sensors too, so they can do trippy effects if there's an earthquake.

The feminine form of "bloke" is "bird", mate. Don't you know nuttin', you prats?
E71 @ Sep 14th 2007 1:55PM
No-one cares enough to know about you limeys.
SnowB @ Sep 14th 2007 2:42PM
That's OK E71, I forgive you. After all, you're just a Septic Wank-Stain, so you really wouldn't know any better.

Looks like a place where I would meet Neo and the Oracle.

PatrickIs2Smart @ Sep 14th 2007 2:31PM
Is that Matrix code flowing down the walls?
GazzyC @ Sep 14th 2007 2:40PM
Could you play doom on the walls?
Darren Arcane @ Sep 14th 2007 3:27PM
I've spent a few quality nights @ 24, and the walls don't overwhelm the club at all.
To be honest, I've never even noticed the walls. It's a great club with great vibe. This type of exposure should make the new Thursday night all that much better!

It would be tough not to be distracted by the walls..... until the smokin hot "birds" show up that is.

The first picture looks like part of the opening of Ghost in the Shell SAC.

So how do the bartenders determine who actually needs a drink and who's just a drunken retard playing with the pretty bar or using it to hold themselves up?
Drunks plus high-technology... always funny.

Cool bar table top. If Bill Gates'mansion had a nightclub, this would be it.
