This is SO obviously a fake Nokia - I'm surprised you could be fooled by this!
Are we missing something here? WinXP.jpg?! Candid Camera Engadget Edition?
There is no way it is an engineering prototype - it's just a Chinese knockoff, with Nokia printed on it, and a Bliss wallpaper.
