@psyche Sure at 17 you can't vote. But, what happens the following year? 18 years old and straight into the voting booth. So this is not the smartest move here. I'd agree with everyone else posting here, this ban should go all across the board. Anyone can get into a car accident when distracted with/by a cell phone.
