The GPS is a contentious issue. The chipset supports it, but more recent review models appear unable to utilize it at all. Perhaps HTC will allow people to enable it with a future upgrade.
As for the touted "excellent build quality", the many s710 users whose earpieces became faulty with no resolution might just dispute that. I'd like to order a s730, but HTC's inability to even acknowledge that fault makes me a very reluctant consumer.
It's a great phone for the price, provided the hardware is up to the job this time. ;)
