hopefully my order went through, took several tries. Inputted serial number. next screen inputted name/address. next screen, clicked confirmation button. then got a blank white screen. refreshed, and still blank white screen.

Yea I got the same thing and when I went to put my order in again, it gave me a message saying it will be shipped to you shortly
