Umm, hello, I may be the only actual girl looking at this thread so ya'll might wanna listen up. I got engaged two months ago. I said I absolutely did not want a diamond, maybe something art deco or an aquamarine. And, we looked around and then he said could we just "Please go to Tiffany's and take a look." And, I was like fine. I'm not getting anything from there. And, we went and I fell in love with a simple solitaire ring right away.
And, I still stood my ground and said we needed to think about it, and I couldn't stop thinking about it and we came back and got it the next day and I love it!!!!!!!!!!!
I look at it all the time and it winks and sparkles and it will last forever.
Especially since I don't wear a lot of jewelry the fact that I have one beautiful piece that was purchased with love and promise of a joyful life together makes me really happy.
It is not big and it is not ostentatious, but it is beautiful. Sooo, don't be cheap asses!!!
