What iPhone apps do you want to see?

Well, now that you've all had a bit time to consider that little bombshell, we'd thought we'd give you a chance to have you say about what third party apps you'd like to see for the newly SDK-friendly iPhone (and iPod touch). Our wishlist has, of course, been growing since day one, but we'd be particularly keen to see some IM apps, push-style email, a Sling client, or even some Jam Sessions-style music creation apps, among a multitude of other possibilities. But enough about us, hit up the comments to make yourself known.

I would love to see a snes emulator that would be so cool!
I'd rather see note-taking and a non-neutered calendar added to the iPod touch, along with other PDA functionality.
ssh
telnet
exchange server email client
I want VOIP, IM, GPS, VOIP and VOIP.
The app the iPhone most needs is a sync-able Notes with a collapsible checklist/outlining ability...rather like the amazing Newton Notes.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apple_Newton#Notes (screenshot & description) Nothing could be better, especially on a small screen, for organizing thoughts, priorities, sub-tasks, errands, To Do's, shopping lists, etc. Everyone should be demanding this. If they'd ever used Newton Notes, they would be.
How about some kind of cut & paste widget too?
The thing I want most on my iphone is a good flash player, im tired of not being able not to watch videos online unless it's supported by quick time. I also would like the ability to create videos, alot of cheap phones have this function and everyone is awwwd that the iphone doenst have the feature supported.
I would like to see GPS added if possible and a voice dialer.
This are very helpful items for the business traveler.
We will never see all these requests from Apple.
We need to take matters into our own hands
Bluetooth (no, I don't care about battery life). Games that take advantage of the interface.
Chuck Norris Widget.
Need I say more?
...And MSN Messenger Client
...And for that matter, Total Widget support.
Make Safari work with Scalix web interface or vice versa.

REAL GPS SOLUTION! REAL GPS SOLUTION! REAL GPS SOLUTION!
how about a p2p client- torrents wouldn't really be practical with only 8 gigs, but I wouldn't mind limewire.
i would really like to see a logic pro version of the iphone. a whole new phone with a in/out jack to plug in your guitar or keyboard and a touch screen midi controler.plug it into your computer and export the rough beat/melody into logic. ive been on the train before and had a beat or a melody in my head and lost it by the time i get home and sit down at the computer. i would pay an excess of $1000 for a phone like this.

i would to see widget app for Cellwireless corporation in my iPhone.Networking tools.Thx
What The iPhone Needs:
1. Sip/Voip Client or Skype (I know ATT would be against this).
2. Recorder that syncs with GarageBand
3. iMovie Mini (edit mini movies)
4. Guitar Tuner
5. Clever Triangulation GPS Workaround
6. Some Type of SlingMobile or Orb Networks streaming TV support.
7. Native EDGE Internet-Sharing App that would allow laptop access on the road. (I've seen some workarounds, but nothing easy)
I like the iPhone, but I won't buy ANY phone that lacks Skype software I can use with my own wireless router at home or with hotspots at Starbucks etc. After all, that's already available in existing phones.
Sure I can think of many cool applications, but until someone writes a Skype app for the iPhone, I'll simply stick to HTC, Samsung, Nokia, or other windows-mobile smart phones with wifi and skype.
A full featured voice recorder that (and this is very important) RECORDS TO MP3 FORMAT.
Ability to record telephone calls, also to MP3 format.
I want an iPhone but I won't buy one until these features are available.
I would also like to see a Bluetooth external keyboard capability.
any version of msn messenger
possibly a better camera
ability to use every single function of the iphone for any user on any network along with the ability to update the firmware(will that be possible guys?)
I need the iPhone/iPod touch to work with Java based websites or support VPN for the Cisco VPN so that I can connect to my school's campus wide wifi.
they should make a money managing app, they could call it checkbook.
they could make it so your iphone is a universal bluetooth remote for everything.
they need to make it so you can text or email groups.
video camera/movie making app-obviously.
Something like Pocket Quicken. Then I can get rid of my Palm T E2.
Something that will allow me to stream music from my touch/iphone into my speakers through airtunes. Best...Remote Control...Ever.
quija board!
- Document Portability -- ability to carry .PDFs, .DOCs, .XLS & .PPT files and view/play them w/o having to be within an email.

- Travel Language Dictionary/Interpreter
- Separate screen for managing ringtones - similar to ones for Playlists/Songs/Videos
- Flash Card Generator - ability to create your own flash cards
- Video Recorder - not just camera.
- Guitar Tuner
a search facility for contacts/email etc
i would like to have a "notes" application on ipod touch; and a whole slew of awesome games
games + music = HEAVEN! (or something like it)
Let us use the iPhone modem through bluetooth or wi fi so we can send faxes from our Macs through our iPhone!
I used to be able to do this with other bluetooth phones. Sometimes we have to send faxes!
Real GPS!
Let us use the drive like our iPods!
3G.
Web apps are great when you have wi fi. Would like to be able to install them to use when wi fi isn't available.
Open up the bluetooth so iPhone can connect to keyboards etc!
Let us send & receive pictures in SMS.
Copy & Paste!
Forward text messages.
Thank You!
Epocrates, the medical professional's drug reference. Every health care provider has to have it. We'd buy an iPhone in a New York minute if it allowed this app.

I think iPhone is awesome. it doesnt really need much if you ask me.
