Since Readyboost can use only 4GB of the flash drive, you'll need to find another use for it.
If it's fast enough, I might think about putting my work source code on it (16-20GB when built). Built times on a 3-drive RAID-0 are awesome, but the usual RAID-0 issues apply.

Seriously, for USB drives.. the most that most people would pay regardless of capacity is around $50-75... "maybe" $100.
