Apple sometime ago patented a monitor with photosensitve elements placed between pixels to enhance contrast and act as a built in camera spanning the whole screen. If the keyboard was displayed onscreen, then the built in camera would capture your eye movements and focus spot.
Now you can create your custom keyboard (read as "command center") since it is a software update away.
NaturalPoint already created a much more intuitive and robust product years ago called SmartNav. You can basically run your entire computer by only using small head movements. There's sells for less than $400 too.
