In my experience, it works fine if you're up- and downloading, but if you're just seeding, Comcast seems to send a "stop" message every few seconds. However, it seemed easy to get around this last time I tried, by choosing in Azureus "forced seeding" or "forced start" for the seeding-only torrent. At that point Azureus seemed to ignore the stop signals, and chugged along nicely. YMMV.
