If he was hawt, I'd agree. However, looking at the picture, I suspect that he's part of the PS3 marketing campaign, and he gets his pay-cheques from Sony.
Yeah, because the PS3 has a lot to lose from Zune success.
It's really a shame that Microsoft can't come up with original marketing ideas for their products.

Plenty of people have tattoos in places few people can see. How is that a cry for attention?
Though tattoos are generally not "useful", many have solid emotional reasons for getting them. One of my good friends has a really nice portrait of her mother, who passed away when she was a kid. Having it as a part of her body makes her feel closer to her mom. I would classify tattoos like that as worlds away from ones like the Zune tattoos this guy has.

Instead of changing his name to Microsoft Zune, perhaps he should change it to Attention Hog. Judging by his…shall we say ample carriage, he is already a hog, so this makes very good sense.

So as you can see I am not a complete idiot and I do like a wide range of music. Currently I have 24 gbs filled on my Zune, mostly music.
To fill you all in the rest of my proposal here is that I will be video taping the entire process and be posting it in video logs on youtube. Overall I wish to accomplish a number of things...
1.) Get offical court documents stating that my name has been legally changed to Microsoft Zune.
2.) Change over the name on my driver's license to my new name
3.) Change over my birth certificate
4.) And lastly change over my social security card
When this is all done my last video log will be of me going and using my new name on locals here in Iowa to see their reactions, such as making a dinner reservation using my new name, lol.
I don't know how funny it is to make a reservation under a stupid name because:
1) Everyone will/already thinks you are arrogant.
2) It already happens everday?

Having legally changed my name, my birth certificate was never changed. It retained my old name, but that with the court document showing the change from old to new is proof of my current identity.
As for interacting with other people, unless you deliberately act strangely, I bet you won't find much in the way of reactions. I know from experience - my legal name is MegaZone.
