John Doe @ Nov 6th 2007 8:41PM
o.O My exact words.
NSoria @ Nov 6th 2007 7:34PM
Nothing short of awesome. But 2k... pft, I'll drink a cold one from the bottle and play a MAME emulator on a new alienware for 2k.
Moses @ Nov 6th 2007 7:51PM
Must be a crap Alienware for that price.
Jimiisama @ Nov 6th 2007 11:55PM
You could also not buy Alienware.
CUBSWILLWIN @ Nov 6th 2007 7:53PM
any way you can load the new starfighter game on to it?
John @ Nov 6th 2007 7:56PM
Only thing better would be 2 taps (for 2 5-gal cylinders)... also it's bad that you gotta reach between your buddy's legs for a refill if they're playing 720 or Centipede or Arkanoid or something
jimmyfinch @ Nov 6th 2007 8:04PM
What if my buddy is a girl?...oh, yeah never mind.
riggs @ Nov 7th 2007 8:44AM
my girl wants to buy this, reason #456 why im marrying her.
Boynamedsue @ Nov 6th 2007 7:56PM
2.0 should move the tap higher up, and put a urinal in. With a constant inflow of beer you really don't want to have to run to the bathroom every 10 minutes.
paul34 @ Nov 6th 2007 7:59PM
Indeed. A chair would be nice too.
Penguin Warlord @ Nov 6th 2007 10:20PM
Both of you are missing the mark. What it really needs is a retractable reclainer potty. You pull it out lean back drink play and let loose. Your refuse is then pumped out of your window and an automatic tracking system guides it into your least favourite neighbours yard, landing on as many birds as possible along the way to get back at them.
Rainier @ Nov 6th 2007 8:02PM
HADOU-KEG! HADOU-KEG!
John @ Nov 6th 2007 8:08PM
So you can play Tapper on a tapper?
Speedmonkay @ Nov 6th 2007 8:09PM
Ok I will apologize in advance ... I am normally not "that guy"
BUT !!
Can it play Doom ??
CharlieX @ Nov 6th 2007 8:12PM
But now you ARE that guy. Go masticate yourself
derX @ Nov 6th 2007 9:15PM
What's funny is that this comment was actually sorta fitting, this time.

Some inventor needs a Nobel Prize. Now, if only Poland spring would deliver something other than water....
Jimiisama @ Nov 6th 2007 11:56PM
If there's an arcade version and if the version of MAME on the machine can emulate the particular system it runs on...
Ryan @ Nov 6th 2007 8:11PM
You meant to say, "if it WERE up to us..."
Sorry, I'm on a personal campaign to save the subjunctive mood. Don't mind me.
C. T. @ Nov 6th 2007 9:23PM
Hear, hear.
Exolon @ Nov 7th 2007 7:42AM
I'm on an informal campaign of _NEVER_ using the subjunctive mood. It just looks wrong. Plus, it sounds too aristocratic-English. Probably because I mostly hear it on English TV.
It's not too often used here in Ireland. Do they use it in the States?
Justin @ Nov 7th 2007 9:08AM
@Exolon
Short answer, yes we use it in the States. Longer answer, yes, those of us in the States who care about grammar use it. If it were me, I'd have edited that last sentence to be active voice instead of passive--and guess what? I did just that. =P
Matt @ Nov 6th 2007 8:33PM
Yes, that's a tear in my eye, it's just so beautiful.
Jeff @ Nov 6th 2007 8:41PM
Are those cup holders on the sides?
They thought of everything!
jperry @ Nov 6th 2007 8:53PM
Now, if you were to add the keg to the urinal racing game...
Shawn @ Nov 6th 2007 9:32PM
we are not worthy!
we are not worthy!
tiuk @ Nov 6th 2007 9:37PM
Not even a bad price, considering.
CUBSWILLWIN @ Nov 6th 2007 9:41PM
can you fill this up with coke instead of beer? I'm not the alcohol guy but I'm an addicted coke and pepsi sipper.
mattyukie @ Nov 7th 2007 9:05PM
How bout just straight vodka.
Jesse S @ Nov 6th 2007 11:58PM
I want directions on how to make this myself.
hibikikun @ Nov 7th 2007 12:19AM

I would pay 2K for it if it didn't cost another 2K to ship it to Japan..
Magallanes @ Nov 7th 2007 7:56AM
but a lcd screen will not retain the classic style.
kevjohn @ Nov 7th 2007 8:57AM
[fighting back tears]: you had me at built-in keg. you had me at built-in keg.
dwaede @ Nov 7th 2007 2:13PM
Condensation from the fridge plus electronics = fun time.
Half is post is a lie as he is selling a modded xbox running illegal versions of the games through an xarcade adaptor.
Tracy in Cary @ Nov 7th 2007 3:00PM
NOT AN LCD SCREEN!
I'm willing to bet good money that is NOT an LCD screen in this thing. The ebay listing just says "flat screen". I think it's just a 24" flat-square tube TV that fits perfectly in the cabinet. And not even an HDTV at that. Just a $150 24" Sanyo TV.
If not, where do I buy a 24" 4:3 aspect ratio screen (or TV). The closest I've seen are some 23" monitors I purchased at work, and those were $1000+ last time I looked. (Just looked now and couldn't even FIND one for sale!)
pAT @ Nov 7th 2007 4:34PM
Only problem with this... joysticks for lefties! What am I, a freak?
