I second that -- this actually reminds me of how I thought the Wii would be the first time I played it. This toy is a disaster compared to the Wii, but that's because the Wii is a very good platform across the board. If the Wii is a 10/10 in terms of controls, this looks to be about a 5/10 -- not too bad for a knockoff.
I'm actually more interested in whether or not someone could grab the interior of a wiimote and put it into a viimote and use that instead...looks a bit more comfy, and would be something to laugh about with other engadgeteers xD
