AOTS builds "world's largest arcade machine"

We've never really watched much of Attack of the Show, but we hear it's hosted by some nerdy types that are somehow better looking than us -- which simply can't be correct. All that aside, those (debatably) sexy nerds have taken it upon themselves to build the world's largest arcade machine, and even invited over the Guinness Book of World Records folks to check it out on tonight's show. The arcade machine stands more than 13-feet tall, sports a 70-inch or so screen, and probably runs Doom. The show airs tonight at 7PM on G4, where hopefully they'll unveil the specs behind this bad boy.

Olivia Munn isn't the only reason to watch G4TV and AotS. There's also Layla Keighley, Kristen Holt, Morgan Webb and, for the nerdiest of us, Blair Butler. And then they also have the occasional new episode of Ninja Warrior. So that makes two shows and five girls. I think my television priorities are a bit skewed.

They really went downhill. I finished watching shortly after Sarah Lane and Brandon Moran got married.

Mun really is the main reason anyone still watches the show. Its to geared towards normal people now. Before it was like hard core nerdy. I mean, we had Kevin Rose, and Sarah Lane, and all the other cool people. It was pretty freaking awesome.

Actually I must say that AOTS is surprisingly well cast... The guy (Kevin) is genuinely witty and has a Seacrest-like charisma. I'm sure his career is on an up-tick.

Olivia, aside from being very attractive and always showing cleavage (god bless her heart), is also very well spoken and goes along with just about everything with a smile.

The feed-segment girl (Layla) is best kept right there with 30 second news-bursts... very pretty but not so comfortable with impromptu dialog. I haven't seen enough Kristen Holt to comment on her professionalism but she can dial-it-up to nine kinds of smoking hot. (Edit, make that 10 kinds.)

Frankly I think the comments here about asses pretty much sums up the appropriate overall description of the posters who made the comments. I thought perhaps the average IQ of an Engadget reader was above 65 but then I'm an optimist I suppose. I actually thought a show that did TV reviews of pretty much the same kind of products engadget does, albeit not as extensive due to time and cost constraints, would actually appeal to some of you but then I suppose I also have to take into account the forum trolls who prefer to drop one liner obnoxious comments everywhere that will let them simply because they have no other life. Probably stopped in to give their fingers a rest from WOW or whatever porn site they normally spend time on
