to downgrade ipod touch ( sorry for misspellings im on my ipod right now) all you need to do is download the ver. 1.1.1 software( i found a link for the downloads in the apple forrums funnily enough) and save it to your desktop. Then go into itunes and view your ipod. Go to the page where it gives you the option to upgrade the ipod or restore it. Press the shift button on the keyboard and hold it. Now you press the restore button. It should come up with a screen giving you the option to choose a file. Go to where you placed the ver. 1.1.1 software and select that. Press ok and let your computer do the rest. This method works about 90 percent of the time. The first 1.1.1 ver software i tried was a fake just so you know. Try to find the ver. 1.1.1 software on apple.com if you can.
